Takes control of Tanks found in Maps
Tanks are a tool that you'll need to find in maps for Tank Girl to transform into Tank and Tank. Each map has predefined tiles in which these tools are located, you can find all of them in the maps section. Note that when there are other tools active, like hives for Bea, the tool tiles won't all be tanks.
This transformation completely changes the character mechanics:
Tank Girl | Tank and Girl | |
---|---|---|
Class | Defender | Defender |
Position | Front | Defender |
Range | Melee (1,550) | Ranged (8,000) |
Health | 1,800 HP | 4,000 HP |
Hit Time | 0.800 s | 2.05 s |
Hit Speed | 1.25 hits/s | 0.49 hits/s |
Damage | 94 HP | 500 HP |
DPS | 118 HP/s | 244 HP/s |
A relevant detail to keep in mind is that the Tank acts like a shield, meaning that when it's defeated it simply transforms back to Tank Girl form, and restores her full HP.
ββππ Classic β
Tanks Overdrive their attack speed occasionally
Super Attack: Overdrive
Every 15 seconds, the tank loads a Hit Speed boost of +64%. With her next shot Tank Girl starts the boost, which lasts 10 seconds.
After the Overdrive cools down, the 15 second timer starts again to prepare for the next Overdrive.
Normal Tank | Overdrive | |
---|---|---|
Hit Time | 2.05 s | 1.25 s |
Hit Speed | 0.49 hits/s | 0.80 hits/s |
Damage | 500 HP | 500 HP |
DPS | 244 HP/s | 400 HP/s |
βββπ Super β
Tanks start with Overdrive
Super Attack: Overdrive
Tank Girl starts with Overdrive as soon as she transforms into Tank and Girl.
Starting with Overdrive means that the boost is loaded, but it doesn't trigger until your first shot. After that, the boost last 10 seconds as usual.
ββββ Ultra β
Tanks repair during Overdrive
Super Attack: Overdrive
When in Overdrive, Tank heals slightly every 1.5 seconds. Over the 10 second Overdrive, that gives 6 separate heal ticks. This healing ability makes her even more versatile and well-rounded.
Each tick heals 200 HP for normal Tank Girl (133 HPS), and 500 HP for the Fusion (333 HPS).
For the normal Tank Girl, 1,200 HP is 30% of the total HP; for the Fusion, 3,000 HP is 24% of the total.
Chart Comparison β
WARNING: The following chart is outdated!
This chart is only kept for illustrative purposes, but it's based on outdated data. The way the ability behaves hasn't changed, so the visualisation may still be helpful.
When Tank Girl finds a tank, she becomes a top tier troop. The normal Girl with Tank has so much HP and DPS that it is already comparable to some Fusions. The Fusion Girl with Tank is much stronger; no other troop comes close to her single-target DPS.
The chart also shows how significant the Overdrive boost is. Overall, the average performance you can expect from Girl with Tank will be somewhere in-between the Overdrive and non-Overdrive.
More troops soon!
