The Piñata Bank is a bonus reward located at the end of the Gem Pass every season (Free Pass), after Tier 30.
Every 24 hours, you can unlock 2 Piñata Banks; so you can get 2 every day. To open each of them, you'll need to collect 3,000 Gems.
